Mateus Fernandes steels West Ham, Dominic Calvert-Lewin faces a homecoming and Manchester City need Marc GuéhiTop scorers: check out the latest standingsThe absence of the wantaway Lucas Paquetá has given Mateus Fernandes a chance to take on more responsibility for West Ham.
